On-line MCAS tutorials, are provided without charge by the Massachusetts Department of Education. This website is available during most of the school year, but only to Massachusetts public high school students who have already failed the 10th grade MCAS test, teachers, and school administrators. Those who wish to use the site must submit an application to the Massachusetts Department of Education and, if the applicant is determined to be eligible, a password providing access is issued. If interested, plan ahead since the entire process, from application submission to password receipt, takes approximately three to four weeks.
